Delete Your Data
You can ask Amua Leo Properties LTD to delete your account in our apps and the personal data we hold about you.
How to ask
- In the Amua Leo Client app, open Account and tap Request account deletion — it opens a ready-written email to us; or
- Email hello@amualeo.co.ke from the address or with the phone number we know you by, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We confirm your identity before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your app login, your notification tokens, your enquiry and marketing records, and your contact details where we do not need them for a purchase.
What we must keep
If you bought land from us, the law requires us to keep the sale agreement, payment and receipt records and the title transfer records for at least 7 years after the sale is completed. These are kept securely and used for nothing else. See our privacy policy for details.
